Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, once we have started your order, it can not be modified, cancelled, returned, nor do we permit refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked and blindly agreed to.

If you accidentally put in wrong information, or selected the incorrect option, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, either by the ‘Contact Me’ page or by emailing us at sales@inthreadable.co.nz

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We reserve the right to refuse any requested personalization if customization text contains any profanity, which includes offensive language, slogans or acronyms deemed inappropriate, derogatory, or profane. If you are unsure of anything, please contact us!

If you receive a custom item from us that is incorrect you may contact us with your order number in the subject line and we will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered.

We do not allow refunds due to impatience, change of mind, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Colour Disclaimer

Actual product color may slightly vary from the images shown on our website. Every monitor and/or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. Additionally, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s color.
